Can you develop an integrated care solution solution that anticipates and addresses the rising needs of People with Multimorbidity (PMM)?

CareMatrix is a European H2020 Pre-Commercial Procurement (PCP) project for integrated care solutions.

It challenges the health market to develop innovative technologies for People with Multimorbidity (PMM). PMM are ageing individuals with two or more chronic health conditions, such as diabetes, heart disease or depression.

The CareMatrix buyers group are looking for technological solutions that anticipate and adapt to the changing needs of people with multimorbidity by ensuring timely service access, co-managed care journeys and transitions between specialities and sectors. The group is made up of public procurers from three European countries who want to work with innovative companies at the forefront of this transformation.

CareMatrix will follow a pre-commercial procurement model, over three phases:

  • Solution design
  • Prototyping
  • Field testing

After each phase, intermediate evaluations will be carried out to select the best of the competing solutions.
