Remote Rehabilitation Service for Isolated Areas (ROSIA)

Contribute to ROSIA - a project delivering services to patients in need of rehabilitation, new care pathways and community support.

A group of 12 European procurers is seeking an innovative solution that allows patients to self-manage rehabilitation using advanced technology. The system will allow those with ongoing conditions and disabilities to access care in a way which is suited to their specific needs and location.

The consortium is ready to purchase the design of a network flexible enough to adapt to a large variety of European healthcare systems, both public and private.

ROSIA will follow a pre-commercial procurement process over three phases:

  • Phase 1 will develop feasibility studies
  • Phase 2 will focus on prototype development of the most promising solutions from Phase 1
  • Phase 3 will test the best prototypes in real life situations
